Shipping Information CasaLumio

All orders from CasaLumio are shipped from our own warehouse in Apeldoorn. We work with our own stock, allowing us to process your order immediately and manually check for quality and completeness before it is shipped.

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

We maintain simple and transparent shipping rates. The total delivery time consists of the processing time from the brand and the delivery time to the destination country, which are explained in the tables below.

The stated processing times are indications based on normal working days. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer due to additional quality controls or protective packaging. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Minimum Order Amount by Currency

CasaLumio has a minimum order amount by currency. In countries using the euro, the minimum order amount is €40.00. For countries with a different currency, we use a fixed conversion rate based on the same rates as the free shipping threshold of €75.00.

2. Careful Packaging

Lighting is fragile. That is why every lamp is extra securely packaged with protective materials by our warehouse team. We use packaging that meets transport standards to minimize the risk of breakage or damage during transport.

3. Track Your Order

Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link. This allows you to track the delivery and, if possible, adjust your delivery time.

4. Damage or Incomplete Delivery

If something goes wrong during transport, please contact us immediately at info@casalumio.com. We ask that you report transport damage preferably within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and contents, so we can provide an appropriate solution immediately.
