Safe and Easy Payments at CasaLumio

At CasaLumio, safety is our top priority. You can checkout using trusted and secure payment methods that are widely used in the Netherlands and Belgium.

No extra costs: We charge no transaction fees or additional surcharges for our payment methods. The amount you see in your shopping cart is the amount you pay.

All payments are processed through the secure systems of our partners MultiSafepay and PayPal.

1. Our Available Payment Methods

During checkout, you can choose from the following options:

  • iDEAL: Safe payments via the trusted environment of your own Dutch bank.
  • Bancontact: The most used payment method for our Belgian customers.
  • PayPal: Globally trusted, including the option for purchase protection.
  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Klarna (Pay Later): Receive your lamp first, then pay later.
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer the amount yourself via your bank.

2. Details per Payment Method

iDEAL & Bancontact

Payments via iDEAL and Bancontact are processed instantly. This allows us to prepare your order for shipment directly from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

Our card payments are processed via secure connections with support for 3D Secure and PSD2 strong customer authentication for your safety.

Klarna (Pay Later)

With Klarna, you pay only after you have received your order. The availability and conditions of this method are determined by Klarna during checkout.

Bank Transfer

For a manual transfer, we process the order as soon as the payment has been credited to our account. Please allow a processing time of 1 to 3 working days with the bank; the shipping promise ("ordered before 14:00, shipped today") only applies once the payment has been received.

3. Safety and Privacy

Your safety is our priority. The CasaLumio website is secured with an SSL certificate, which means all your data is transmitted encrypted. We never store your credit card details or bank login codes; these are processed directly and securely by our certified payment partners.
