CasaLumio is a Dutch webshop specialising in stylish and high-quality lighting for every room in the home. From our own warehouse in Apeldoorn, we ship lamps and home lighting daily to customers in the Netherlands and other European countries.

CasaLumio is a trade name of LichtXpert B.V., a Dutch company with over 10 years of experience in lighting, e-commerce, and international shipping.
1. Over 10 years of experience in lighting
Lighting is more than just a practical solution. A lamp determines the atmosphere in the home, supports the decor of a room, and must also perform reliably in daily use.
With over 10 years of experience in the European lighting market, we know what customers are looking for and what quality they expect. In recent years, we have built extensive knowledge of product quality, materials, light experience, home trends, and online services.
We use that experience every day when curating our collection and supporting our customers.
2. Own warehouse and stock
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We primarily work with our own stock, allowing us to respond quickly and deliver many products directly from inventory.
Orders placed on working days before 14:00 and are in stock are usually shipped the same day.
Since we are responsible for storage, control, and shipping, we maintain control over quality, packaging, and processing.
Each order is carefully checked before leaving our warehouse.
3. Careful packaging and shipping
Lighting is fragile during transport. This is why we pay a lot of attention to the safe packaging of our products.
Our lamps are securely packaged with protective materials to minimise the risk of transport damage.
Additionally, we use packaging developed for transport that meets transport and drop test standards where applicable.
We ship our packages with DPD. As a result, many orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
4. Own customer service
At CasaLumio, we value personal service. Therefore, we work with our own customer service who are knowledgeable about our products, orders, and processes.
If you have questions about a lamp, an order, delivery, return, or warranty, we are happy to help via e-mail or phone contact.
We aim to respond to questions and reports as quickly and clearly as possible, so you know where you stand.
5. Our collection
Our collection consists of lighting for various styles and applications. From modern pendant lights and minimalist ceiling lights to atmospheric table lamps, wall lights, and decorative eye-catchers.
We work with renowned brands and also develop our own collections. In doing so, we focus not only on appearance but also on quality, finish, and ease of use.
Our goal is to offer lighting that is both beautiful and functional.
